The way it guides you back to your own body, not someone else's idea of it, feels rare in this kind of book. I found myself putting it down to actually try the exercises with my senses, and that changed how I talk to myself. Worth every page for anyone who's felt disconnected lately.
Started reading it one night and didn't stop until I'd finished the whole section on sensory awakening—the way it frames desire as something to return to, not chase, really landed for me. It's written in Spanish with such a warm, direct voice that I felt like I was having a conversation rather than
